(will be assessed for any withdrawal before maturity)
Service Charge...................................$5.00
(may be assessed at maturity if the balance is less than $250)
Research Fee....................................$25.00 per hour
(will be assessed if you require extensive research on your account.
Examples of when we might assess this fee are when we have to retrieve old
records for a court appearance or an I.R.S. audit. If your request is subject to
this fee, you will be informed before the work begins)
